My name is Heather, I am 22 years old and am a aunt to a wonderful 6 year old boy, and five month old girl.I babysit two little boys ages 5 and 7 both with disabilities.I work at a daycare center/Gym at which I have worked at for over five years. I have worked and volunteered at daycare center for 5 years.. I am interested in reviewing and giving away children products. Work!

These past few weeks as I have been working in The after school program at the local gym! I have noticed a lot of the kids are mean to each other and they only want to be with their friends.
I have started doing organized games that I choose and putting them in groups. I have had kids fuss, but so far its working pretty well.

Each kid are sensible in their own way to a circumstances.

I love my job and today I had a little girl tell me that Bubbles tasted like seaweed with soup on top.lol I thought that was so cute!

    I love how you have come up with a way to gently guide the kids and encourage them to play with other kids who may not be part of their immediate circle of "friends". You are doing exactly what a good group leader should do! And the kids will benefit from it!
