Lately!

Lately I have been working Tuesday Thur Friday at The Childcare center I work at! On Tuesday nights I am with the younger ones, and Wednesday through Friday I work with the School age kids!

This will be The fourth week I have been doing it next week! I have also been participating with the kids in games of Dodge ball, Kickball, basketball, and tag!

I have found out I am more out of shape than I thought.lol I have had fun! I have been out of school for almost two years, and the last year you have to participate in gym is as a Sophomore! I have not exercised a lot in almost 4 years! That's a long time.

I have had fun participating with them. When I participate it seems like they listen to me more. All I do when I don't participate in the activity that day all I do it sit in a chair and watch! Starting this past week I have also been working out in the gym part too!

I am hoping to loose some weight, so it will be easier for me to participate with them!
I don't know if I am going to be the permanent Gym Monitor, but I would like to! At first I didn't want to but now I do!

I am just praying about it, and if God wants me to have the position then he will give it to me.

I have only worked out two days this week, but it has made me feel so much better. I used the step machine thing that you set down on I think its called a nu step or something like that.

The first night I did 1 lap and walked two on the track.

Then on night Two I did a mile on the machine, and walked two laps.

I will be filling you in about how my loosing weight is going!

  1. Walking is such great exercise! I used to be discouraged because I felt like if I wasn't running several miles, then I wasn't really exercising. But running is not for everyone, even if you're in shape, and when you're out of shape, it takes time to work up to that. But walking is a fantastic substitute, especially "speed walking". I feel great after a 2 mile walk!
