Some times we all have an issue or two that pops up out of the blue. Lately I myself have been having troubles. There's a guy I really love and we've been talking for quiet a while now, but he has made it clear he don't want a relationship. Ive meet this other guy that im starting to like, and not sure what to do.

Please help me out here. Im just not sure what to do.

  1. My guess is, if you 'love' someone, then you won't look at someone else. It also sounds like the guy you 'love' is not interested at all. Time to move on... oh and I don't want any entries.

  2. Don't think twice about the guy that doesn't want a relationship-if he can't recognize what a gem you are, then his loss. Have self confidence in yourself-
With this new person, perhaps ease into a friendship first...
    I wish you the best!

  3. I've been there Jill, and I can honestly tell you that waiting for someone that doesn't want a relationship won't make them love you. I know it's hard, but focus on the guy who you have a chance of finding happiness with. It's hard, but it will be worth it!! We all deserve to be happy!

  4. This is always tough. I feel like every woman has been in this situation at least once. Letting go of the man who doesn't want a relationship is going to break your heart, but it's necessary. He's being completely honest with you, and you should take it as just that.
After you decide to let him go, I don't think your heart will be able to hold a healthy relationship with the other guy. Time will help, in the end. But don't rush into things with him, or it could doom that potential relationship as well. Good luck with it all! I know it's hard.

  5. I know so many times I've felt upside down and not known which way is up. Sometimes I find I need to step back, breathe, and just "be" for awhile to figure out which direction to go.

  6. Variations on the theme of "If you love something, Set it free… If it comes back, it’s yours, If it doesn’t, it never was yours"

    Worth a chuckle anyway.

  7. I tend to focus on the positive because it is so easy to be caught up in negative or what we don't have. Spend time with this other person who is interested in you and see where it goes, give him a fair shot. You may be surprised what happens. :)

Good luck and have fun with it! You are young and should be enjoying this time.

  8. move on and ignore the guy who doesn't want to be with you!

  9. Honestly, you're lucky that you know early on that he doesn't want a relationship rather than farther down when things get really intense. You know the outcome, so you need to avoid any unnecessary pain by dropping him! If you like the other guy and he wants a relationship, you need to give him a chance, because he will be there long after the other guy has left. There is nothing wrong with doing what's right for you!

  10. It's took me too long to realize that that I need to get over the guy who dont have feelings for me. This other guy is really great. He's sweet to me, and has feelings for me. It took me too long to realize that.
